One place to coordinate the work

On August 31, I wrote that using all these tools is no small task. I have been building plugins so I can work through Hermes and let Hermes coordinate tools such as Cursor sandboxes.

The appeal is not having an agent do everything in one session. It is having one place to keep track of the work while separate workers take on focused jobs.

That brings a different set of questions. Which worker owns a change? Where is its output? Can I return later and tell whether it finished, failed or stopped? A useful answer needs more than a confident summary.

Cursor Forge is where I am exploring that workflow. It connects Hermes with Cursor coding workers. Its source is still private, so the project page describes the work rather than offering an installation guide.

The lesson so far is simple: adding another tool is only part of the job. I also need a clear way to assign work, keep its context and check the result.
