Why I wanted a place to write about the work
I've been building with agents, reading a lot of research and trying things I'd like to explain properly. This site gives me room to do that.
I spend a lot of time building things with agents and reading about what they might be able to do next. I wanted a place where I could explain that work without trying to squeeze it into a short post.
There is usually more to a project than the screenshot. Why did I want it? What was annoying about the way I worked before? Which parts helped, and which parts still need work? Those are the details I look for when someone shares something interesting, and they're what I want to put here.
What I want to write about
A lot of it will be about working with AI agents. I use them for research, coding and daily work, and I'm interested in how those pieces fit together. Memory, tools, delegation and review all change what an agent can do with the same model. I want to write about the choices I make around them and what I learn from using them.
Some of it will come from the work I do with my wife at SiteSage Solutions. Helping a business improve a booking process or connect its website to the rest of its work raises different questions from building an agent tool for myself. Both are interesting, and both influence how I think about useful products.
The research pages give me somewhere to take a paper further than a bookmark. I can explain the part that caught my attention, connect it to another idea and work out what I would need to test before using it.
A page I can send someone
When someone asks how I use agents or why I built a particular tool, I want to give them more than a quick description. A page lets me walk through the idea, show the decisions behind it and explain what I would still change.
I'd like more of this site to work that way. If a project or a paper starts a good conversation, I can give it enough space here to make the conversation worth continuing.
I don't need every page to describe a finished product. An idea I am working through can be worth sharing too, as long as I explain where it stands. I'd rather have a thoughtful discussion while I can still change the design than wait until all the interesting decisions are behind me.
